Tech Mahindra CEM Team Improving Sales and Marketing with a Customized Customer Experience.
Tech Mahindra CEM is a leading provider of customer experience management solutions for businesses. In order to streamline its sales and marketing efforts, Tech Mahindra CEM decided to create a dedicated internal portal web for its Sales and Marketing team.
The goal of the portal was to provide a one-stop shop for all sales and marketing-related information and resources, including product information, sales tools and materials, and customer data. The team wanted a user-friendly interface that would allow them to easily access and share this information with clients and prospects.
